Terry Barnhart, Executive Coach

In addition to having a typical American education, Terry brings to coaching nearly sixty years of invaluable life experience.  His first home was a shanty in East Texas.  His father had returned from World War II with no job, few promising prospects and so returned to a military career, wherein his family followed him around the world.

Terry has lived on three continents and attended 13 schools before graduating high school.  The life as an Army Brat taught him the value of appreciating friendships and the ability to meet people.  In addition, he was taught many life lessons in personal responsibility.

Relying on his ability get things done, and his wife Cindy, Terry has earned two academic degrees and multiple graduate certificates in marketing and sales.  He served his country as a soldier in the U.S. Army and earned advanced promotions and high honors before being honorably discharged in 1976.

After a career in healthcare, Terry turned to coaching to help him better prepare for a life in coaching himself.  He has been coached by three of the most successful business coaches in America and himself became a certified affiliate of Resource Associates Corporation, one of the nation’s leading organizational development firms.  He is a certified consultant for Axiometrics International, a company specializing in personal and professional assessments.

His coaching experience has allowed Terry the opportunity to work in many professions including Real Estate, Insurance, Retail Jewelry, Law, Physical Therapy,  Medicine, Auto Repair, Pest Control, Advertising and Graphic Design, Manufacturing, Hi Tech Computer Networking, Home Improvement, Non-Profit Organizations, Financial Planning, Networking Organizations, Videographers, Photographers, Wireless Providers  and several others .
